PrintPilotCo sells instant-download digital products — printable PDF planners, trackers, templates, and guides. Files are delivered automatically right after checkout; there is no physical shipping.

Refund policy

Because our products are instant-download digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. However, we stand behind our work: if a file is corrupted, won’t open, or is materially not as described, email us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or issue a full refund. Your purchase grants a single-user license for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files or their contents.
Products are provided “as is” for organizational/informational purposes. They are not professional, financial, legal, or medical advice, and we make no income or results guarantees.
Prices and products may change; the price shown at checkout is what applies to your order.

Privacy
